ROOM POLICY :
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 25% of the total amount of the booking host, needs to be made at time of reservation.
PAYMENT
The hotel accepts credit-cards in person only.Deposits need at banks. More details available on request.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposit is fully refunded if cancellation occurs 21 days prior to arrival date.
50% of the deposit is refunded if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to arrival date.
If the client shortens their stay, the client is obliged to pay 50% of the remaining days booked
TAXES
The prices are all-inclusive of taxes
PETS
Clients need to inform the hotel of pets at time of booking
CHILDREN
The hotel does not accept children under the age of 12 years old
CHECK IN
Check in is at 1:00 pm
CHECK OUT
Check out time is at 12:00 (noon)
EXTRA BED
10% extra charge on the daily rate
ROOM SERVICE
The rooms are cleaned daily
